Please allow 1-5 business days to process and ship orders. Packages are not insured and Rocky Mountain Traders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Rocky Mountain Traders will replace damaged product if documented and reported within 3 days of delivery.

We pride ourselves on our quick shipping times. We do our best to ship orders the next day. However, please allow up to five business days after you have placed your order. If you have questions or concerns about an order you have placed, please contact us.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. But we will refund 50% of your order, and you will receive a 20% discount toward your next purchase. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item(s).

Due to the nature of these products, once they leave our hands they cannot be resold, therefore a 100% refund is not possible, however we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied.

All of our soaps are manufactured using the same process. However, they are handmade in small batches, and each batch may differ with regards to shape, color, design etc.

All of our goats milk is sourced from our homesteads Nigerian dwarf goats, and local goat dairies that meet state requirements. Other Ingredients including beef tallow, raw honey, beeswax and emu oil are sourced from Montana. However, due to the climate and geology of the Rockies some other ingredients like clays and oils cannot be sourced here.
