That realization is what led us to source the primary ingredients for our products from family owned farms and ranches across Montana. Local sourcing ensures the highest quality, and it strengthens our local community.

Beef tallow has gained popularity as people have begun to go back to animal based products, but it is more than just a trend, its a timeless skin care staple.
Ancient people didn't know that beef tallow was rich in vitamin A, D, E and K, and fatty acids, they just knew it worked. Modern skin care has tried to create in a lab, with petroleum derivatives, what nature has given us in a perfectly bioavailable and delicious form: tallow.
Our beef tallow is sourced from a local ranch whose cows spend their days feeding on pasture grass, and is finished on a Montana grown barley.

Montana Emus
Emu oil is the rendered fat from the flightless Emu bird. Similar to tallow in many ways, but with different properties, and the ability to penetrate deep into skin, and studies have demonstrated healing properties.
Although a seemingly unlikely inhabitant of our mountainous home; Emus are incredibly hardy, and are the primary focus of multiple ranches in Montana.

Hand Milked, Hand Made
Every morning and evening Skylee walks out to the pasture with a pail in hand to milk our sweet Nigerian Dwarf Goats. We selected this breed specifically for their uniquely high milk fat content, which makes it the perfect milk for nourishing soap.
