Welcome to Rocky Mountain Traders. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rocky Mountain Traders. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign freely.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, the jurisdiction where Rocky Mountain Traders is headquartered. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
