Regeneratively Raised Icelandic Lamb
We implement regenerative practices like rotational grazing that improve land, soil, and animal health. This style of management makes for animals of exceptional nutrient density, and preserves and improves the beautiful productive landscapes of Montana, rather than depleting them.
For us, we see these lands as a gift to be stewarded for the next generation.

Icelandic Sheep
We raise Icelandic sheep because they are a hardy, ancient breed that thrive on open pasture and an all grass diet. They are naturally suited to Montana’s rugged seasons and landscapes, allowing us to raise them in a way that works with the land, and fit well into our regenerative system.
Icelandic lamb is tender, fine-grained, and naturally flavorful, with a clean, mild taste that sets it apart from other lamb. Raised on pasture, it offers rich flavor without being heavy or gamey.
From Our Family
to your table
This is lamb for people who care about nourishing food, rich flavor, and a real connection to the land behind every meal. Raised on Montana pasture, our lamb is tender, flavorful, local, and raised with respect for the animal and the land.
When you cook it, we hope you feel connected to more than the meal. We hope it becomes an experience that makes you think about the sheep grazing open pasture, the land that nourished them, and the care our family put into raising them well.

Honoring The Whole Animal
Montana Sheep Hides
Honoring the whole animal and making use of all that it provides, is one of our core beliefs. That’s why we offer naturally beautiful Montana sheep hides, including hides from our own flock and partner sheep ranches across Montana.
Each one is naturally tanned and brings a warm, lasting piece of Montana into your home.
